Preventative maintenance program
All tools, vehicles and equipment shall be properly maintained so as to reduce the risk of injuries to employees or damage to property and the environment.
According to established schedules, supervisors shall ensure that qualified personnel carry out all preventative maintenance and properly maintain records.
All employees shall regularly check all tools, vehicles and equipment that they are working with, and shall take out of service any tools, vehicles or equipment that pose a hazard due to a need for repair.
