Company safety policy
Maple Leaf Construction is committed to a strong safety program that protects our personnel, property and the general public from accidents.
Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and held accountable for our overall safety program implementation. Complete and active participation by everyone, including work crews, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence that we expect.
Management supports the co-ordination of safety among all employees, subcontractors included, on all job sites. Management supports and encourages participation in the safety program by all employees and provides proper equipment, training and job procedures. Employees must follow all procedures and work safely and wherever possible, improve safety measures.
An injury and accident free workplace is our goal. Through continuous safety and loss control effort, we can accomplish this goal.
The policies and procedures outlined in our safety program do not take precedence over any Workplace Safety and Health Regulations, but supports our commitment to fully comply with all Provincial and Federal regulations as required.
